At 54, Lisa Snowdon<\/a> is someone who takes a very keen interest in the future of her skin \u2013 but with firm boundaries about how far to go. \u2018You don\u2019t want it to be like, \u201cOh jeez, what\u2019s she done?\u201d\u2019 she tells Good Housekeeping.<\/p>\n

\u2018We all do this thing in the mirror,\u2019 she says, tugging her jawline<\/a> back. \u2018And we go, \u201cIf only it could just look a little like that…\u201d Then you go, \u201cOkay, what am I going to do about it?\u201d A facelift ? A neck lift? No. It\u2019s just not for me at this stage of my life.\u2019 <\/p>\n

But while a surgical reset isn\u2019t Lisa\u2019s style, she freely admits she\u2019s found herself wanting to put back what menopause<\/a> has taken from her skin. Not just a smidge of softening around the jawline<\/a>, but also a general feeling that her skin had lost some of its youthful radiance.<\/p>\n

Lisa says she\u2019d noticed changes in her skin after menopause<\/p>\n

\u2018It’s about the glow for me,\u2019 she says. \u2018I want that skin quality and that glow that starts to get a little dull through those hormonal years. And just trying to get a bit more firmness back.\u2019<\/p>\n
