Garda\u00ed have launched a probe after a “number of mobile phones” were robbed from a beach last Sunday.<\/p>\n

As people head out for some sun across the weekend, beachgoers have been warned to be vigilant after a thief made off with a number of devices at Clonea Beach in Dungarvan, Waterford<\/a> on Sunday, July 5.<\/p>\n

Garda\u00ed are appealing for anyone with any information to contact Dungarvan Garda Station.<\/p>\n

A Garda spokesperson wrote: “Garda\u00ed<\/a> at Dungarvan are investigating the theft of a number of mobile phones from Clonea Beach on Sunday, 5 July. If anyone noticed anything or has some information, they are asked to contact Dungarvan Garda Station 058-48600.”<\/p>\n
