He said he submitted a data request to Revolut in order to obtain financial information from them to progress the case.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Revolut ignored this request.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">He further informed Revolut that if they do not reply, a complaint would be sent to the Data Protection Commission.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The solicitor informed Judge Kevin Staunton that the information he is seeking from Revolut is essential to advise and progress the case.
