Summer holidays may be about to begin for a lot of people, but Hollyoaks isn’t letting its characters take it easy over the next few weeks.<\/p>\n

The yearly summer trailer has just dropped, and there’s plenty of drama and danger for the residents of Chester, including a highly-anticipated return…<\/p>\n

She’s back!<\/p>\n

Cindy Cunningham is back, and this time she’s not alone, as her new flatmate Abigail joins her. Not everyone is happy to see Cindy back, and it’s not long before she finds herself in the middle of all the Osborne and Keane drama.<\/p>\n

Speaking of Abigail<\/p>\n

Cindy’s new flatmate quickly proves to be popular in the village, and is there to provide (passionate) support for Cleo McQueen in a time of need. But then we see her smashing up a bathroom! It looks like our newcomer has some demons…<\/p>\n

And that’s not all!<\/p>\n

It’s also revealed that Abigail does have a connection to an existing character: she’s Dee Dee Hutchinson’s drugs counsellor. After Diane’s death, Dee Dee is desperate for a mother figure, and is overjoyed to hear that she’s got a job teaching at Hollyoaks High. But is she the role model the youngster really needs?<\/p>\n

Love is in the air<\/p>\n

Things are going well for Dee Dee and her blossoming relationship with Maddox, while her brother Ant is totally smitten with Kathleen-Angel. But while it’s great that the teens are finding some happiness, they’re not noticing how much dad Tony is struggling.<\/p>\n

Just what is Leah thinking?!<\/p>\n

Imran Maalik and Leah Barnes’ wedding is set to be the event of the summer, but Leah decides that she wants to seduce Prince! It’s not long before Vicky Grant finds out, while Misbah also grows suspicious. Will the two risk their relationships with Imran or keep quiet? And will the wedding even go ahead? <\/p>\n

Jenson’s new ally reveals himself<\/p>\n

Warren Fox is determine to make brother Jenson Cole donate his bone marrow to help save Sebastian Blake’s life… by any means necessary. He calls up Gemma Johnson’s crew of thugs, who hold Jenson at gunpoint. But that’s when Prince, who has secretly been planning to kill Warren for years, steps forward.<\/p>\n

Mercedes heads off on a spa weekend with Leela Lomax and Ste, but unfortunately Mercedes gives the details of their trip away to Gemma. As they drive away, she makes a call… Just how much danger are they in?<\/p>\n

Hollyoaks airs on Mondays-Wednesdays with its Channel 4 streaming<\/a> premiere at 7am, then an E4 broadcast the same night at 7pm. Full episodes are also released on YouTube a week after their Channel 4 release.<\/p>\n
