Sligo today is believed to be that of a fisherman who has been missing since Sunday week.<\/p>\n<p>The man, believed to be a foreign national, fell from a high cliff while shore fishing close to the Dun Briste sea stack near Downpatrick Head in north Mayo.<\/p>\n<p>Grainne Uaile Sub Aqua Club and Mayo Search and Rescue Unit along with Ballyglass RNLI Lifeboat and a rescue helicopter had been involved in the lengthy search and rescue operation.<\/p>\n<p>The body was removed to a hospital morgue this afternoon for a post mortem examination<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\u00a0 The body of a man which was washed up on the beach at Enniscrone, Co.
