But it&#8217;s completely mindless vandalism and it&#8217;s sad. God forbid there was an accident at the weekend and the lifebuoy was needed. That would be a tragedy. Now, the good company to put up the barriers, they were out there this morning as well putting the barriers back up and having to replace the broken ones. They&#8217;re not going to leave any broken barriers.
