Coronation Street’s emotional new Betsy Swain storyline<\/a> continues tonight as the devastated teen receives an important health update at the hospital.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Dylan Wilson faces a difficult conversation with his dad Sean Tully as the truth about his actions comes to light.<\/p>\n

1. Betsy makes a plea to Lisa\"betsy<\/p>\n

An exhausted Lisa insists on spending every moment with Betsy at the hospital, but Carla urges her not to push herself too far.<\/p>\n

When Lisa threatens to report Dylan for hurting her daughter, Betsy makes it clear that this isn’t what she wants.<\/p>\n

2. The doctors update Betsy and her family\"dylan<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Betsy is struggling with the after-effects of suffering two strokes and she fears that her life may never be the same again, but Ryan encourages her to stay positive.<\/p>\n

When the doctor arrives to speak to the family, it’s revealed that Betsy’s young age counts in her favour and she stands a strong chance of making a full recovery. While this is a relief to hear, Lisa knows that the teen faces a long road ahead.<\/p>\n

3. Dylan confesses all to Sean\"lisa<\/p>\n

Dylan tries to prevent Sean from finding out about his recent showdown with Lisa at the hospital, but the truth is revealed when they cross paths at the caf\u00e9. Losing her temper again, Lisa berates Dylan for strangling Betsy during sex, which caused her devastating health scare.<\/p>\n

Alone with his dad, Dylan reveals that he and Betsy have been experimenting with consensual strangulation for some time after seeing it online.<\/p>\n

Kit warns Sarah that they need to get hold of Gary’s phone, so they can delete any information which may incriminate her in the ongoing investigation into Theo’s death<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The couple ask Gary to come to the flat to discuss the situation \u2013 will he cooperate?<\/p>\n

6. Mary takes no prisoners\"mary,<\/p>\n

At No.11, Mary announces that it’s time for payback after Christina fraudulently took out a credit card in her name<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Christina and George reckon Mary is making empty threats in the heat of the moment, but they later return home to find Mary holding a flash sale in the front room! How will Christina react to Mary selling off items from her spending sprees?<\/p>\n

7. Gemma refuses a generous offer\"chesney<\/p>\n

With Joseph’s future at private school under threat, Dev and Bernie offer to take out a loan so that Gemma and Chesney can continue to afford the fees.<\/p>\n

Gemma flatly refuses, saying that Joseph will have to go back to Weatherfield High. Is this the last word on the matter?<\/p>\n
