Led by Stephen McCabe and his wife Portia Reynolds, the Newtownmountkennedy, Co Wicklow-based business is sold in 450 independent cafes around Ireland, Europe, and beyond.\u00a0 It was founded originally in 1997 by Stephen McCabe\u2019s father, Clive, when he set up a small roastery in the family garage and has grown consistently ever since.
