Are you the lucky woman to help Role Model<\/a> live out his Gilmore Girls<\/a> fantasy? He\u2019s the Lorelai in this situation; you would carry his baby and then disappear so he could raise a daughter all on his own. Interested? Role Model, real name Tucker Pillsbury, revealed on Jake Shane\u2019s Therapuss podcast<\/a> that his ideal familial setup is being a single father<\/a> to a daughter.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy dream has always been to be a single father, and to have a daughter, and to raise a daughter by myself would be really fun,\u201d Role Model said. He\u2019s even picked out a name already, telling Shane, \u201cHer name\u2019s Winnie.\u201d<\/p>\n

How would Role Model go about becoming a single father? He\u2019s got a plan. \u201cI want a daughter that\u2019s ideally mine and then I thank whoever had it for me,\u201d he said. \u201cMaybe I give them a Venmo. I pay them. Shake their hand.\u201d The singer also added that the person who carried the child could see her \u201conce a year, if you want\u201d but then backtracked, wondering if that would be \u201cdestructive for the kid.\u201d At least he\u2019s considering his imaginary daughter\u2019s emotional health.<\/p>\n

As for why this appeals to Role Model, a handsome 29-year-old who is rumored to be dating Dakota Johnson<\/a>, he just thinks it sounds cool to have a mini-me. \u201cI just want to raise a child by myself because then you can kind of just, like, mold them into your best friend,\u201d he said. \u201cI just think that\u2019d be really fun.\u201d He did not say what would happen if the child were a boy. Maybe it would be one of those situations where he\u2019s the boy\u2019s best friend but the boy isn\u2019t his best friend.<\/p>\n

In case you were wondering, Shane\u2019s reaction to all of this is a big sigh \u2014 very appropriate. Unfortunately, I\u2019m very charmed by Role Model and think this is just the kind of thing that men say when they haven\u2019t really put that much thought into it. Either that, or he saw Paper Moon recently and felt inspired.<\/p>\n
