\u20ac3 million worth of cannabis has been seized at Dublin Airport.<\/p>\n
The seizure was made by Revenue<\/a> officers on Thursday after the drugs were found in freight declared as “Lighting’. The package arrived from the USA, and was destined for an address in Dublin<\/a>.<\/p>\n “Yesterday, 16\/07\/2026, as part of routine operations, Revenue officers at Dublin Airport<\/a> seized approximately 150kg of herbal cannabis. The illicit drugs have an estimated value of \u20ac3 million.<\/p>\n “The cannabis was discovered concealed in a freight consignment declared as \u2018Lighting\u2019. The consignment originated in the USA and was destined for an address in Dublin.<\/p>\n “Investigations are ongoing.
