\n\tFLOTUS and President Donald Trump<\/a> aren\u2019t the only dignitaries in the estimated 80,000-person crowd in East Rutherford, N.J.. Spain\u2019s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, Mexico\u2019s President Claudia Sheinbaum and Canada\u2019s Prime Minister Mark Carney were expected, as well as Spain\u2019s King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia, who flew in with their daughters, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sof\u00eda.<\/p>\n

The former model opted for oversized mirrored sunglasses and Roger Vivier flats instead of her signature stilettos. <\/p>\n

In fact, there has been a fashion undercurrent throughout the World Cup<\/a>.\u00a0Shakira kicked off the event <\/a>on June\u00a011 wearing Off-White for her hips-shaking performance at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, while Jennifer Hudson<\/a> sang the U.S. National Anthem ahead of Sunday\u2019s Final Game in custom Thom Browne<\/a>. And Shakira, Madonna, BTS and Justin Bieber lined up for the first World Cup halftime show.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe nonchalant stadium style Victoria Beckham<\/a> embraced while rooting for England\u2019s national team was at times an attraction in itself. While her husband, David, turned up in business suits for England\u2019s matches, the British designer, who recently collaborated with Gap<\/a>, went more casual. A white T-shirt and ultra-pale blue jeans were among her winning outfits.<\/p>\n

And it is safe to say that many others among the more than 1.5 billion people, who were expected to tune in globally, were too.
