{"id":559716,"date":"2026-07-20T22:21:08","date_gmt":"2026-07-20T22:21:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/559716\/"},"modified":"2026-07-20T22:21:08","modified_gmt":"2026-07-20T22:21:08","slug":"the-ultimatums-blake-robertson-arrested-for-2025-incident-with-hayley","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/559716\/","title":{"rendered":"The Ultimatum&#8217;s Blake Robertson Arrested for 2025 Incident With Hayley"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> Nick Lachey, Vanessa Lachey Kick Couple Off The Ultimatum in Shocking Season 4 Moment<\/p>\n<p>One member of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/the_ultimatum\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer nofollow\">The Ultimatum<\/a> got into some legal trouble after filming ended.<\/p>\n<p>Blake Robertson\u2014who is appearing on the currently-airing fourth season of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/netflix\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Netflix<\/a> reality series, which sees one half of a couple give their partner the choice to either break up or get married\u2014was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/arrests\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer nofollow\">arrested<\/a> in October for allegedly assaulting girlfriend Hayley Hendrich.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The pair entered the Netflix series as a couple, with Robertson presenting the ultimatum to Hendrich.<\/p>\n<p>According to an arrest record viewed by E! News, Robertson was arrested in October 2025 in Nacogdoches, Texas, for an incident in which he allegedly put his hands on Hendrich.<\/p>\n<p>Robertson\u2019s attorney Sean Hightower, however, told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/07\/18\/ultimatum-star-blake-robertson-arrested-for-assault\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer nofollow\">TMZ<\/a>, \u201cBlake&#8217;s case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>When contacted by E! News for comment, Robertson affirmed, \u201cEverything my attorney has said is correct. The case was dismissed within a month. Hayley signed the affidavit. We are still in contact today.
