\n\tJon Stewart<\/a> yet again took aim at Donald Trump<\/a> on a new episode of The Daily Show<\/a>, this time for inserting himself<\/a> in Spain\u2019s triumph at the World Cup<\/a> final on Sunday night. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe Spain-Argentina final was like a reverse Super Bowl where the players spoke Spanish and the halftime show was in English,\u201d Stewart quipped. \u201cThey had Madonna and Justin Bieber<\/a> and, for some reason, the Muppets.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe host explained that Spain, \u201cclearly the best team in this year\u2019s tournament,\u201d celebrated their win with a trophy hoist. For some reason, Trump was involved in that hoist. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cTraditionally, it\u2019s a moment that is shared really only by the players,\u201d Stewart explained. \u201cA special moment that is only for the players, that is really, just\u2026\u201d He shared a clip of Trump, who had been booed<\/a> earlier in the day, joining the team on stage. \u201cWhat the fuck are you doing on the stage?\u201d Stewart continued. \u201cIt\u2019s for the players. God damn! Why must everything be tainted by the overinflated ego of Cankles Muldoon? Why? Why?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tStewart added, \u201cI will admit this. Afterwards, Trump had some really insightful post-game analysis.\u201d He played a clip of Trump saying that the sporting event had been \u201cfour times greater than any FIFA ever held.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWhat\u2019s a FIFA? How do you hold a FIFA?\u201d Stewart asked. \u201cHow could our FIFA be four times greater than any other FIFA?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tTrump continued, \u201cAnd it\u2019s probably about five times, actually, they\u2019re telling me today.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tStewart responded, \u201cIs that what they told you? You know, they\u2019re telling you that because everyone around you lies to you, because you\u2019re a little baby.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tElsewhere during his monologue Stewart discussed the current state of the Iran war and Trump\u2019s continued fixation on the 2020 election. He also described the administration\u2019s so-called \u201cmeritocracy,\u201d which doesn\u2019t seem to have emerged. After recounting issues with the FDA and the reflecting pool, Stewart said, \u201cI\u2019m starting to get the sense that this administration is not as competent as we\u2019ve been led to believe. And it\u2019s not just the pool or the diarrhea.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tHe continued, \u201cTrump said he was going to cut our energy bills in half. Electricity is up 18 percent. He said gas prices would go below $2 a gallon. It\u2019s up to $4 a gallon. He said he was going to stop new wars. He\u2019s bombed at least seven other countries. He said he was going to lead a boom in manufacturing jobs. We\u2019ve lost tens of thousands of manufacturing jobs. \u2026 This country was going to enter a golden age because only qualified people would be in charge now. They promised. No more of the woke bullshit that had held this country down for so long.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter sharing a clip of Trump promising a meritocracy, Stewart replied, \u201cWhere is this meritocracy? We have seen no evidence of it. None!
