Mills brings more than two decades of experience in the space industry, with a proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and scaling advanced propulsion technologies. He previously held leadership roles at Florida Turbine Technologies (now a Kratos Company) and Blue Origin<\/a>, where he led turbomachinery development and scale-up efforts.
