Oti Mabuse is returning to screens later this month.<\/p>\n

Former Striclty Come Dancing<\/a> star Oti Mabuse has been in the spotlight since 2015.<\/a> Although she left the BBC<\/a> show in 2022, she ‘s remained in the spotlight, having joined the Loose Women<\/a> panel and finishing in fourth place on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!<\/a><\/p>\n

Now, she’s returning to screens once again with her former Strictly and I’m A Celeb co-star Richard Reverend Coles.<\/p>\n

Widely regarded as Britain’s most celebrated vicar, the 64-year-old is joining forces with Oti as the pair travel across her home country, reports Wales Online<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Oti and Richard’s South African Odyssey is a four-part series where viewers can expect to see ‘a musical, messy, very human road trip bursting with dance, laughter, colour and deep friendship’.<\/p>\n

However, when speaking about their experience filming with one another, Richard told Radio Times<\/a> one of the ‘worst’ parts he endured.<\/p>\n

He said: “Oti forced me to dance. I call it a ‘Mabusive relationship’ because she physically makes me do these things.<\/p>\n

“The worst was doing Zulu tribal dance up on the Dolphin Coast: I looked like everything bad about ‘dad dancing’ happening in one person in one place at one time.”<\/p>\n

Yet the former Strictly star was quick to push back, explaining her reasons for encouraging Richard to get on his feet. She replied: “I did not make you! But the local girls were like, ‘If you don’t dance, you’ll end up married’ because, while the women go there to dance, the men only really go there to get a wife.”<\/p>\n

Ever since the announcement of their new programme, fans have been flooding the pair with an outpouring of support and enthusiasm at the prospect of seeing them together on screen.<\/p>\n

“Huge fan of Oti and Richard!” one penned, as another on Instagram<\/a> remarked: “Look forward to seeing your adventures.”<\/p>\n

Someone else shared: “Can’t wait for this new series,” while a fourth commented: “Oh my!!!! I cannot wait for this!!!!”<\/p>\n
