Partizan and Rangers have agreed a \u00a34.7m transfer fee for Vanja Dragojevi\u0107, with the Serbian club receiving 10% of any future sale, but the Ibrox club will only pay \u00a32.1m immediately as part of three installments. (Telegraf, external<\/a>)<\/p>\n
