Back in May, M&S shoppers got excited over the return of the Choc-O-Sandwich Cake<\/a>, which was last sold by the supermarket in 1985. And now, the retailer is relaunching yet more nostalgic treats.<\/p>\n

From July 22, four retro chocolate bars<\/a> will reappear on M&S shelves: Jet, Now, Sparks and Coconut Grove.<\/p>\n

First sold as part of M&S\u2019 80s confectionary range<\/a>, they\u2019ll be a welcome return for those who remember snacking on them the first time around.<\/p>\n

The bars, which are priced at just \u00a31 each, feature the St Michael logo \u2014 a brand owned and used by M&S between 1927 and 2000.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The supermarket say the new chocolates build on the hype around Take 4, the four-finger wafer bar that returned to stores last winter.<\/p>\n

Online social media users are thrilled to see the bars back, with British Bake Off winner Candice Brown writing on Instagram: \u2018Coconut Grove all day long.\u2019<\/p>\n

User Rona McMurtrie was also excited by the tropical offering, writing: \u2018Coconut Grove! Now that brings back a few memories.\u2019 And @sazmottstoke said: \u2018Whoa! I loved Sparks and Coconut Grove\u2026 run!\u2019<\/p>\n

There\u2019s a lot of love for the other bars too, with commenter Andrew Carey writing: \u2018Been waiting for Sparks to return for years!\u2019 <\/p>\n

\nWhat do the retro chocolate bars taste like?<\/p>\n

Jet, is a milk chocolate with soft nougat, peanut and caramel bar.<\/p>\n

Now is milk chocolate with biscuit and caramel.<\/p>\n

The Sparks bar consists of milk chocolate with soft nougat and caramel.<\/p>\n

The Coconut Grove is milk chocolate bar with a soft coconut centre.<\/p>\n

Individual full-size bars are \u00a31 each, while the minis\u2019 multipacks are \u00a34.<\/p>\n

A M&S spokesperson told Metro: \u2018After the brilliant response to the return of Take 4 last year, we wanted to dig a little deeper into our archives and revisit more of the chocolate bars customers loved the first time around.<\/p>\n

\u2018With their original St Michael packaging designs and flavours inspired by the much-loved bars of the 80s, Jet, Sparks, Now! and Coconut Grove are a delicious nod to the past \u2013 giving some customers the chance to rediscover an old favourite and others the joy of trying them for the very first time.\u2019<\/p>\n

The launch is in response to M&S Food research of 40,000 customers, which revealed that 76% of Brits are drawn to products that remind them of childhood.<\/p>\n

The treats can also be purchased through online supermarket retailer Ocado, who have a range of M&S food. Though prices can differ.<\/p>\n

In other M&S news, the retailer opened its biggest ever Foodhall in the UK\u00a0in Godalming, Surrey<\/a> last week. <\/p>\n

The supermarket<\/a> has also reopened a central London<\/a> store, and it\u2019s posher than ever <\/a>(even for M&S).<\/p>\n
