Dearly loved father of Jane, Noreena, Pat and Gina, adored and very proud grandfather and great grandfather of Tanya, William, Darren, Adam, Finn, Oran, Jacob and Eva. Deeply mourned by his heartbroken family, sons-in-law William and Tony, nieces and nephews, extended family, lovely neighbours and many friends.<\/p>\n<p>John, keep smiling and digging in heaven\u2019s eternal sunshine.<\/p>\n<p>Your joyful spirit lives on in your garden in every blooming flower,\u00a0and your beautiful work here is happily done.<\/p>\n<p>Rest In Peace<\/p>\n<p>Funeral Arrangements<\/p>\n<p>Sunday, 26th July 2026<\/p>\n<p>John will lie in repose at the O\u2019Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91 V1K8) from 5 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Monday, 27th July 2026<\/p>\n<p>Requiem Mass will be celebrated for John on arrival at St. Mary&#8217;s Church, Claddagh\u00a0at 11 a.m. Following Mass he will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery.
