Alix Earle vulnerably opened up about her recent mental health struggles and suffering from a panic attack as a result of online scrutiny.<\/p>\n

“I know I haven’t posted anything on here in the past few days,”\u00a0the internet personality shared via a TikTok video<\/a> Sunday.<\/p>\n

“Honestly, I just sort of took some time for myself and tried to not be online as much because I was getting into not the best place.”<\/p>\n

In the clip, the “Dancing With the Stars” alum shared how she took a brief social media hiatus. TikTok\/Alix Earle<\/p>\n

Earle, 25, explained that she’s “always been fine with reading” the online commentary about herself, explaining, “That’s what you subject yourself to when you post yourself online.”<\/p>\n

“But recently, I don’t know. It’s felt more negative,” she admitted.<\/p>\n

“Obviously it’s gonna get to you or make you overthink when you’re constantly reading about what you’re doing, the way you look, who you’re hanging out with, what you’re saying.”<\/p>\n

The “Dancing With the Stars” alum shared that she reached a breaking point and “just broke down in tears” while doing her makeup routine last week.<\/p>\n

“I was on the plane and I had a panic attack,”\u00a0Earle said. “I’ve just been struggling a bit. It’s my happy place to come on here and talk and share things.”<\/p>\n

However, recently, she has felt as if “every time” she posts something, critics try to find a problem or try to “figure out what [she’s] talking about.”<\/p>\n

“It just turns into something bigger,” the TikToker said. “I’m just trying to share my human experiences.”<\/p>\n

Earle stated there was a “double standard,” explaining that viewers think they can comment the “nastiest things” under her videos, but she would be labeled the “biggest bitch ever” if the tables were turned.<\/p>\n

To unwind, Earle spent quality time with her friends in Miami, and opted out of posting a vlog after “overthinking everything about [herself].”<\/p>\n

The model clarified that she loves her job as a content creator, but it “shouldn’t result in hating” herself.<\/p>\n

“I’ve actually recorded a video like this a few times, but the other times I was recording it I was crying and I was like, let me just collect myself a little more,” she added, sharing that she was starting to feel better.<\/p>\n

Earle is often open and vulnerable with viewers about her life, including her December 2025 breakup with Braxton Berrios<\/a>, though she shies away from saying his name.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Earle has also subtly referenced her feud <\/a>with “Call Her Daddy” host Alex Cooper after the latter requested that she air their beef <\/a>instead of continuing with “passive-aggressive re-posts and likes.”<\/p>\n

The duo used to work together on Cooper’s media company, Unwell Network. However, the company dropped Earle’s “Hot Mess” podcast <\/a>last year, sparking fallout rumors.<\/p>\n
