\n\tMiley Cyrus<\/a> just casually announced that she\u2019s closing in on finishing a new album, revealing in an interview published Monday (July 27) that her 10th full-length project will revolve around the love she\u2019s nurtured for both herself and fianc\u00e9 Maxx Morando.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThis album is a love story, but love stories are never one-dimensional,\u201d she told Daryl Hannah for the latest issue of Wonderland<\/a>, which Cyrus guest edited. \u201cThey\u2019re always layered.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to the publication, the star\u2019s next full-length may come in a matter of months, possibly before the 2027 Grammys in February. \u201cThere is definitely a romantic thread weaving through it because, like all my records, it\u2019s a reflection of where I am in my life,\u201d Cyrus continued of the LP, noting it will have 10 tracks. \u201cBut this one feels especially meaningful because this feeling has stayed with me through multiple eras.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThat\u2019s something I hadn\u2019t really experienced before,\u201d she added. \u201cA peaceful kind of love has become a theme across my last three records. Not just the love I share with someone else, but the love I\u2019ve found for myself. That\u2019s probably been the biggest evolution. Once your relationship with yourself changes, every relationship around you changes too. I think this record celebrates both of those equally.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe former Disney star\u2019s news comes on the heels of the announcement that she\u2019d found a new label home <\/a>Atlantic Records, which is owned by Warner Music Group, after 13 years with Sony. Her last album with prior label Columbia was Endless Summer Vacation, which reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200<\/a> and spawned the Grammy-winning, eight-week Billboard Hot 100<\/a>-topper \u201cFlowers.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cUsually I\u2019m very certain of the destination, and sometimes that can almost obliterate the journey because I\u2019m so focused on getting somewhere,\u201d Cyrus said in the new interview. \u201cThis one was different. It was organic and really unforced. Something that was super helpful this time was I started with the tracklist and never veered from it. I knew it would be 10 songs. I roughly knew the sound and the concept. That gave me a really strong compass without making the process feel forced.\u201d<\/p>\n
