Garda\u00ed have arrested a man in connection with the disappearance of a 65-year-old man who they fear has come to serious harm.<\/p>\n
The older man has been missing from his home in Dublin 8 for the last five weeks.<\/p>\n
His family appealed for information on his whereabouts on social media before reporting him missing to garda\u00ed at Kevin Street on Sunday.<\/p>\n
They said they were very concerned about him and had checked hospitals and garda stations.<\/p>\n
They said he is the father of a number of children and his brothers, sisters and extended family are very worried about him.<\/p>\n
Garda\u00ed commenced a criminal investigation and today they arrested a man in his 20s.<\/p>\n
