The National Lottery has confirmed that Tom Stanley’s store at Kent Station in Cork city sold the \u20ac1 million Daily Million winning ticket from Sunday’s 2pm draw.<\/p>\n
The player became Ireland’s latest Daily Million top prize winner after purchasing a Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw.<\/p>\n
The winner has not yet come forward, and the National Lottery is urging players to check their tickets carefully.<\/p>\n
Tom Stanley’s store manager, Musharaf Hussain, said the shop was “absolutely delighted” to learn that one of its customers had won \u20ac1 million.<\/p>\n
