Fair City star Neil\u00ed Conroy<\/a> has shared the happy news that she has married her longtime partner Ger.<\/p>\n The actress, famed for playing Sharon Collins on the RT\u00c9 <\/a>soap, took to Instagram to share a glimpse inside their special day.<\/p>\n It was a beautiful summer wedding for Neil\u00ed, who looked fabulous wearing a pink dress, and her now husband Ger.<\/p>\n The TV star’s daughters Ghaliah and Juno were beautiful bridesmaids on the day, wearing stunning green gowns.<\/p>\n Sharing a video from the day online, Neil\u00ed wrote: “We got married [loveheart emojis]. Had the best day ever with family and friends.<\/p>\n “Thanks to @alisonconneely for my beautiful dress. Thanks to @baldpriestess for being the best celebrant and for my @shatilastudio.<\/p>\n “Thanks to my pal @kevin_murnane for doing my make-up and just being amazing. @lorraine_ryan_flowers @gardenofedenmore did the gorgeous flowers.”<\/p>\n The bride was inundated with well wishes from her Fair City<\/a> co-stars.<\/p>\n Content cannot be displayed without consent<\/p>\n Rachel Pilkington wrote: “Neil\u00ed you look magnificent. You all look super. Congratulations to you both!!!”<\/p>\n “Neil\u00ed you look so so beautiful, all of you do. Big congratulations,” added Stephanie Kelly<\/a>.<\/p>\n Enda Oates commented: “Congrats Neil\u00ed. You both look fabulous…brilliant”.<\/p>\n And Michael Sheehan said: “Congratulations Neil\u00ed!!”<\/p>\n In Carrigstown, Sharon has a dramatic family life with sister Ger and daughter Hayley. Not to mention her new flame, Tommy Dillon.<\/p>\n But in real life, Neil\u00ed is happily loved up with Ger and is proud to see her daughters Ghaliah and Juno follow in her footsteps<\/a>.<\/p>\n She previously told RSVP Magazine: “I have two daughters and one of them doesn\u2019t live at home anymore, they\u2019re old now [jokes].<\/p>\n “Ghaliah is doing great, she\u2019s doing Hothouse with Malaprop Theatre Company at the moment. She\u2019s totally in the industry, she\u2019s getting jobs.<\/p>\n “We did a development week together in The Gate during one of my weeks off and that was the first time we worked together.<\/p>\n “I was nervous about it because with families there can sometimes be a bit of tension.”<\/p>\n Neil\u00ed added Ghaliah is “very much her own person” when it comes to her career.<\/p>\n The mum of two <\/a>explained: “She was always a dancer and a singer, that was her passion.<\/p>\n “She studied contemporary dance, but then she started to get acting work. I wanted her to do her own thing.<\/p>\n “I can advise her and make her aware of different things, but she\u2019s very much her own person. She\u2019s not leaning on me for things.<\/p>\n “My other girl, Juno, wants to get into acting too. She is studying at the moment.<\/p>\n “I told her to go for it, take herself seriously and not undermine herself. I wasn\u2019t equipped for the business when I first started.”<\/p>\n Fair City<\/a> airs four nights a week on RTE<\/a> One and RTE Player.
