Young football fans out there, listen up, because for the first time, Arsenal’s renowned Football Development programme is coming to Ireland.<\/p>\n

Those aged between six and 17 have the chance to train under the guidance of official Arsenal Football Development coaches. Yes, some of the best in the world!<\/p>\n

Taking place at Oatlands College in Stillorgan, Dublin, the camps will offer young players a rare opportunity to experience the same coaching philosophy, training methods and player development principles used within the Arsenal<\/a> Academy.<\/p>\n

Football these days is so much more than what you can do with the ball or how many goals you can score- it’s about training your mind and body. <\/p>\n

Rather than focusing on improving football skills, the camps aim to inspire the next generation of players by developing confidence, teamwork, discipline and a genuine love of the game.<\/p>\n

Official Arsenal coaches will travel from London to lead every session, bringing with them the club’s world-famous coaching methodology and values that have helped develop some of football’s brightest talents.<\/p>\n

Running from August 10 to 14, between 9am and 3pm, the camps promise much more than simply improving football skills.<\/p>\n

Whether you have been playing for years or are just a beginner, the programme focuses on developing confidence, teamwork, communication, resilience and decision-making alongside technical ability.<\/p>\n

What’s included?<\/p>\n

Every player attending the camp will receive the following:<\/p>\n

Five full days of coaching with Official Arsenal Football Development coaches<\/p>\n

Training based on Arsenal’s proven academy methodology<\/p>\n

Classroom sessions centred around becoming a Strong Young Gunner<\/p>\n

An annual subscription to the Arsenal e-Academy<\/p>\n

An official Adidas Arsenal Football Development kit, including shirt, shorts and socks<\/p>\n

The chance to win Strong Young Gunner of the Day and Week awards<\/p>\n

An official Arsenal Football Development certificate and medal<\/p>\n

Access to an on-site physiotherapist<\/p>\n

Dermot O’Kelly, Arsenal Football Development Executive, highlighted: ‘To bring Arsenal Football Camps to Dublin, and specifically to the school where I spent 14 years as a student, is a real full-circle moment for me.<\/p>\n

‘Having worked at Arsenal<\/a> for four and a half years, including the last three years in this role, I’m incredibly proud to create this opportunity for young Irish players.<\/p>\n

As the women’s game continues to grow at an incredible pace both in Ireland and around the world, organisers believe creating welcoming opportunities for girls has never been more important.<\/p>\n
