Rebuild after explosion: When we could see a Blue Origin launch from Florida’s Space Coast<\/p>\n

\"Meghan<\/a>CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. \u2014<\/p>\n

It’s been a little over two months since Blue Origin’s New Glenn rocket exploded during a static fire test \u2013 but the rebuild is ahead of schedule. <\/p>\n

“I think that they are moving ahead really quickly. I mean they essentially did the complete recovery of all the debris and evidence in about three weeks,” said Dr. Don Platt, director of Florida Tech’s spaceport education program. <\/p>\n

The company has hired hundreds of contractors to help with reconstruction of the pad. <\/p>\n
