Kilkenny.<\/p>\n<p>Another motorist was going 127km\/h in a 80km\/h zone on the R428 Kylebeg, Stradbally, Co. Laois.<\/p>\n<p>One motorist was going 126km\/h in a 60km\/h zone on the Waterford Road, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, while another was recorded going 115km\/h in a 50km\/h zone on the Clontarf Road in Dublin.<\/p>\n<p>So far, over 1590 drivers have been detected for speeding offences during the first two days of the operation.<\/p>\n<p>During the first two days, 200 drivers were detected holding a mobile phone or not wearing a seatbelt.<\/p>\n<p>39 people were arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.<\/p>\n<p>.
