{"id":57920,"date":"2025-10-02T20:47:07","date_gmt":"2025-10-02T20:47:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/57920\/"},"modified":"2025-10-02T20:47:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T20:47:07","slug":"kerry-mans-company-signs-disney-deal-to-stream-new-kids-series-worldwide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/57920\/","title":{"rendered":"Kerry man&#8217;s company signs Disney deal to stream new kids series worldwide"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A series co-created by a Kerry man will soon be streamed all around the world on Disney.<\/p>\n<p>The series, BeddyByes, was created and produced by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radiokerry.ie\/news\/jam-media\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">JAM Media<\/a>\u2019s John Rice, who\u2019s from Abbeydorney, and Alan Shannon.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s an animated series for preschoolers that supports healthy sleeping habits.<\/p>\n<p>Each episode follows a familiar daily routine that\u2019s easy for young children to follow, and a calming journey to sleep with soothing music and comforting visuals.<\/p>\n<p>The series premiered on RT\u00c9 Player and the BBC iPlayer earlier this year, but will now be watched all over the world on Disney+ and Disney Jr television, premiering early next year.<\/p>\n<p>John Rice, CEO and co-founder of JAM Media, who\u2019s from Abbeydorney, says the annual Dingle Animation Festival played an important role in getting the deal with the global media giant.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A series co-created by a Kerry man will soon be streamed all around the world on Disney.
