The plaque honors the legacy of <a href=\"https:\/\/science.nasa.gov\/mission\/roman-space-telescope\/who-is-nancy-grace-roman\/\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Dr. Nancy Grace Roman<\/a>, NASA\u2019s first chief astronomer and one of the architects of the agency\u2019s modern science program.
