Dramatic scenes are coming in EastEnders with two couples set to walk down the aisle. Kim Fox and Howie Danes<\/a> are set to get married on 7 September, while Cindy Beale and Max Branning<\/a> tie the knot on New Year’s Day.<\/p>\n

As soap fans know, wedding bells surely signal that something will go wrong, and spoilers for the soap confirm exactly that.<\/p>\n

Cindy and Kim are set to enjoy a joint hen do in scenes set to air on 19 August, with Kat Slater left supporting Kim when “her day doesn’t go to plan”.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, on 18 August, Max is said to be “up to his old tricks”, which is no surprise given his ongoing affair with Priya Nandra-Hart<\/a> that threatens his nuptials with Cindy.<\/p>\n

Max and Priya’s relationship began following her split from Ravi Gulati<\/a> when she drunkenly flirted with her boss after Cindy initially rejected his proposal<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The boozy night led to them sleeping together, swearing it would not happen again when Max and Cindy eventually got engaged.<\/p>\n

But the duo couldn’t resist each other, and Priya’s continued advances broke down Max’s barriers and led to a full-blown affair<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Tonight’s episode of the soap finally saw them caught out by Jean Slater<\/a>, who witnessed the couple together in the flat after being asked to clean it by Cindy.<\/p>\n

It probably comes as no surprise that Max is embroiled in an affair, given he has had around 10 during his time in the soap.<\/p>\n

Some of his most notable dalliances include with Stacey Slater behind son Bradley’s back in 2007, and his betrayal to wife Tanya when he rekindled his romance with Gemma Clewes a year after being caught with Stacey.<\/p>\n

Priya takes advice from an unlikely source. It\u2019s the day of Penny\u2019s shop opening, but things don\u2019t go to plan. Lily and Joel support one another.<\/p>\n
