Too Hot To Handle<\/a>\u00a0stars Emily Miller and Cam Holmes have announced the birth of their twins, Arabella and Albie.<\/p>\n

The couple, who met on the 2020 series, confirmed their arrival on Thursday alongside an adorable black and white photo of their baby girl and boy.<\/p>\n

‘Welcome to the world, Arabella & Albie 31.07.2026’, they penned in a joint post on Instagram.<\/p>\n

Emily, who already shares two-year-old son Reggie with Cam, revealed she gave birth on July 31.<\/p>\n

It comes after last October they shared their engagement news.<\/p>\n

The couple, who met on the 2020 series, confirmed their arrival on Thursday alongside an adorable black and white photo of the newborns<\/p>\n

Emily revealed Cam ‘finally’ popped the question after five years together, during their family holiday in Greece<\/a>.<\/p>\n

‘IT FINALLY HAPPENED’, she wrote alongside snaps of the beachfront, sunset proposal.<\/p>\n

Emily and Cam welcomed their first child in June 2024, two years after suffering an ectopic pregnancy.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Last June, Emily\u00a0shared a raw and honest paragraph alongside a slew of snaps, describing her past trauma\u00a0as she marked two years since she suffered an ectopic pregnancy.<\/p>\n

She wrote: ‘It\u2019s a bitter sweet feeling today which marks 2 years since my ectopic pregnancy.<\/p>\n

‘My due date is only a week away but I had always secretly thought how weird it would be if I gave birth on the exact day. But I\u2019m now glad that wasn\u2019t the case as they both deserve their special day.’<\/p>\n

An ectopic pregnancy is when a fertilised egg implants itself outside of the womb, usually in one of the fallopian tubes.<\/p>\n

The fallopian tubes are the tubes connecting the ovaries to the womb. If an egg gets stuck in them, it won’t develop into a baby and your health may be at risk if the pregnancy continues.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to save the pregnancy. It usually has to be removed using medicine or an operation.<\/p>\n

She added:\u00a0‘I lost my little Twix [dog] a month before I found out I was pregnant which is ironic in itself because Twix hated babies and children and I always said I would never be able to have a child with Twixxy being my number 1 baby as it just wouldn\u2019t work.’<\/p>\n

Emily continued: ‘Fast forward a few months I then lost my wee Nan. This too is ironic because the reason I got Twix was that he was my grandads dying wish for me.<\/p>\n

Emily, who already shares two-year-old son Reggie with Cam, revealed she gave birth on July 31\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Expect he was supposed to be a white Siberian cat. Not a stray dog from Battersea\u2026but that\u2019s another story.<\/p>\n

‘Long story short- I always felt my grandads presence in Twix. My Nan and Twix had this incredible bond and I don\u2019t know why but I just alwayssss knew that they would cross over at the same time.<\/p>\n

‘And would you believe it – as my Nan got sicker with Dementia and Twix got older neither of them were giving up until eventually it was only a few months apart when they both died.<\/p>\n

‘Anyway to cut to the point I\u2019ve never been hugely into spirituality but I do feel like this has all been linked together and to top it off we are calling our son after my Grandad which Cam & I decided way before my nans death.<\/p>\n

‘It\u2019s crazy how our mind and body recovers so quickly from trauma when it\u2019s replaced with love and hope.’<\/p>\n
