President Donald Trump<\/a> on Thursday hit back at Rosie O’Donnell<\/a>\u00a0with a mock diagnosis of his own after the former talk show host made headlines by questioning his health.\u00a0<\/p>\n

O’Donnell said during an “On With Kara Swisher” podcast interview that the president is “very physically ill<\/a>” and\u00a0“doesn’t look like he’s long for this earth.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

She added, “Like, these are things that everyone around him knows.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

Then, for good measure, she sang a parody song<\/a> that \u2015 among other things \u2015 mocked Trump’s\u00a0“teeny, tiny penis<\/a>.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

Trump lashed out on Truth Social with an AI-generated image of himself as a doctor, holding a backwards-facing clipboard. The text indicates it’s a\u00a0“Trump Derangement Syndrome Assessment,” showing O’Donnell at a\u00a0“critical level” of 98\/100.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The diagnosis for O’Donnell is\u00a0“Massive \/ Severe TDS.”<\/p>\n

The image is similar to a video he released last month<\/a> in which he’s also a doctor “diagnosing” a number of celebrities with\u00a0“TDS.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

Naturally, that one also includes O’Donnell, with whom the president has been feuding for decades. When Trump won in 2024, O’Donnell moved to Ireland, saying at the time that it was\u00a0a matter of self-preservation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She also applied for Irish citizenship.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Trump responded by\u00a0threatening<\/a>\u00a0to strip her of her U.S. citizenship, something\u00a0he cannot do<\/a>\u00a0since she was born in the United States.<\/p>\n

O’Donnell is set to guest host\u00a0“Jimmy Kimmel Live” for a week later this month, where it’s quite likely she’ll be poking at the president nightly.<\/p>\n
