Kieran combined elements of \u2018Adventures of Gilla na Chreck an Gour,\u2019 which was published in Kennedy\u2019s book Legendary Fictions of the Irish Celts in 1867, and \u2018The Fellow in the Goat-skin\u2019, which was published in The Fireside Stories of Ireland in 1870, to create his own version.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The book will feature a magical tale from each county in Ireland.
