Former U.S. President \u200cJoe Biden’s prostate cancer has spread beyond his bones and \u200cis very painful, his son, Hunter Biden, said in an interview with \u200bthe BBC.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe cancer has spread, metastasized into his bones and further,\u201d Hunter Biden told BBC’s “Newsnight,” according to video posted online \u200bon Friday. \u201cIt\u2019s very painful and it\u2019s very debilitating in many \u2060respects.\u201d<\/p>\n
A spokesman for the 83-year-old Democrat declined \u200con Saturday \u200cto \u200bcomment on Hunter Biden’s interview.<\/p>\n
Biden revealed in May 2025, less than \u2060four months \u200bafter he left the White House, \u200bthat he had been diagnosed with an “aggressive \u200cform” of prostate cancer, \u200bsaying at the time that it had spread to \u2060his bones.<\/p>\n
A \u2060Biden spokesman \u200bsaid in October he was undergoing radiation treatment and hormone therapy.<\/p>\n
Biden was the oldest person to win the U.S. presidency at the time of his election in 2020.<\/p>\n
