Considering the growing problem of racism this is a sensible and reasonable proposal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">If Ireland is truly genuine about its appreciation of the economic contribution of migrant workers, then the very least we can do is to take their concerns about racism seriously. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Your report states that diversity training for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/hse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/hse\/\">HSE<\/a> managers is only to be rolled out for a small number of them.
