EastEnders<\/a> spoilers follow.<\/p>\n

EastEnders has teased trouble for Suki and Eve Panesar-Unwin in upcoming episodes. An episode description for Tuesday 25 August states the couple will receive a “devastating update”, while Suki will be left fuming later in the week.<\/p>\n

While we don’t yet know what the devastating update is, Suki and Eve were recently approved as foster parents<\/a> and are currently fostering a young girl called Ria.<\/p>\n

This week, Ria spent her first birthday with the couple, but was left devastated when her birth mum couldn’t attend her party<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ria lashed out at those around her while hurt, going as far as tipping her birthday cake on the floor, and Eve is unsure how to handle her behaviour.<\/p>\n

Eve steps outside to comfort the youngster, with the duo sharing a breakthrough that seems wholly positive, given the circumstances.<\/p>\n

But with trouble afoot for Suki and Eve, it could be that things take a massive step backwards with Ria as she settles into life in Albert Square.<\/p>\n

Eve and Suki receive a devastating update. A breakthrough offers Denise\u2019s family fresh hope. Penny feels overwhelmed by those around her.<\/p>\n

Wednesday 26 August – 7.30pm<\/p>\n

Alfie throws Kat a surprise, and Kim is furious with Jack when she learns what\u2019s happened.<\/p>\n

Thursday 27 August – 7.30pm<\/p>\n

Alfie\u2019s surprise soon turns to chaos. Suki is fuming and takes matters into her own hands. Priya and Ravi consider what the future might hold.<\/p>\n

EastEnders airs on Mondays-Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast. <\/p>\n
