\n Yes, I’ve always lived in Warrington.\n<\/p>\n
\n Tell me a bit about your business. What do you do? What services do you provide?\n<\/p>\n
\n I make gluten-free cakes and treats, from celebration cakes to cookies, brownies and millionaire’s shortbread.\n<\/p>\n

\n Why did you decide to open your own business?\n<\/p>\n
\n I started an Instagram page during lockdown to document my gluten-free bakes, and I quickly realised that I wasn’t the only person who found it difficult to find cakes and treats that\u00a0are safe for coeliacs to eat – people I knew and friends of friends contacted me to ask if they could order, and things have grown from there!\n<\/p>\n
\n What\u2019s your business\u00a0background?\n<\/p>\n
\n This is my first business.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n I also work full-time in the\u00a0Utilities industry.\n<\/p>\n
\n Why this type of business?\n<\/p>\n
\n I have Coeliac disease, and it is really difficult to get gluten-free sweet treats that are\u00a0just like the ‘normal’ version!\n<\/p>\n

\n I am passionate about providing people with good-quality, tasty, and most importantly, safe treats.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n What makes your business\u00a0different from others in the\u00a0same area\/field? What sets your business\u00a0apart from your competitors?\n<\/p>\n
\n I am genuinely passionate about being inclusive to all – although all of my bakes are gluten-free as standard, I will always do my best to accommodate different allergies and intolerances, as I understand how it feels not to have options available to you.\n<\/p>\n
\n Why do loyal customers return to your business?\n<\/p>\n
\n I think my customers return because I help them to feel like they don’t have to miss out on nice things!\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

\n My bakes allow them to have\u00a0treats that don’t\u00a0taste like they\u00a0are adapted to fit their\u00a0dietary requirements.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n I also have returning customers who don’t actually require gluten-free products – I think that is a testament to how much care and dedication I put into making sure that my bakes are just like the\u00a0‘real’ thing.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
\n What\u2019s next? What do the\u00a0next few months hold for you\u00a0and\u00a0your business?\n<\/p>\n
