Irish international Troy Parrott is on a shortlist of players being looked at by La Liga club Real Betis.<\/p>\n
Championship side West Ham United had a bid for Parrott rejected by AZ Alkmaar recently. The bid was said to be worth \u20ac18 million, with AZ valuing the Dubliner at \u20ac30 million.<\/p>\n
Since joining in 2024, Parrott has scored 30 goals for the Dutch club. He was part of the side that won the Johan Cryuff Shield and KNVB Cup in 2026.<\/p>\n
His departure has been expected for some time and he has been to a host of clubs including AC Milan, Ajax and Everton.<\/p>\n
According to reports from Spain, he is seen as a “real option” for Betis.<\/p>\n
A move to Betis would see Parrott playing Champions League football, as Betis secured qualification following a fifth place finish in La Liga last season.<\/p>\n
