Alongside their wide frequency response, the Amora 5 have been built to deliver “exceptional resolution and accuracy”, low distortion, and an “open, three-dimensional stereo image”. To do so, each speaker pairs a 25mm silk-dome tweeter with a 16.5cm woven fibre composite mid/bass driver.

The tweeter is fixed using an aluminium surround ring for a rigid, secure mounting, while a geometrically shaped faceplate aims to minimise unwanted sonic diffraction.

The mid/bass unit, meanwhile, uses a rigid aluminium frame to maintain greater mechanical stability and driver alignment, helping to maintain more consistent driver performance.

The Amora 5 are built using a rigid MDF cabinet, employed to help minimise unwanted sonic resonances. Each speaker also employs a rear-mounted reflex port, tuned to extend low-frequency performance while maintaining a more controlled bass signature.
