Liverpool<\/a> have agreed their second transfer of the day, with Fabrizio Romano shedding light on the finer details of the move.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s promising to be a frantic end to the window for Liverpool<\/a>, both with regards to arrivals and exits. Two new wingers \u2013 Bradley Barcola and Ibrahim Mbaye \u2013 are wanted, and a new midfielder could be explored given Curtis Jones is heading to Inter Milan.<\/p>\n

Earlier on Wednesday, news broke of the Serie A champions agreeing a deal with Liverpool worth \u20ac35m \/ \u00a330m<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Jones only had one year remaining on his contract, hence the transfer fee is lower than you might expect for an England international in the prime of his career.<\/p>\n

However, the 25-year-old isn\u2019t the only player whose departure from Anfield has been agreed today.<\/p>\n

Both Paul Joyce of The Times<\/a> and The Athletic\u2019s <\/a>James Pearce reported on impressive young centre-back, Ifeanyi Ndukwe, being on course to join LaLiga side Levante.<\/p>\n

Ndukwe arrived on Merseyside this summer after his \u00a32.5m transfer to Liverpool from Austria Vienna was pre-agreed last January.<\/p>\n

But while he\u2019s shone in pre-season, he does not have enough points to earn a work visa in England, and thus cannot play competitively for the Reds this season.<\/p>\n

As such, a loan was approved once Liverpool\u2019s final pre-season friendly with Como concluded<\/a>, and Ndukwe is heading to Spain.<\/p>\n

According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, the loan deal is \u2018agreed\u2019, while the trusted reporter confirmed Levante are covering 100 percent of the centre-back\u2019s wages.<\/p>\n

Levante agree to loan Liverpool centre-back Ifeanyi Ndukwe<\/p>\n

\u2018Levante have agreed on loan deal to sign Ifeanyi Ndukwe from Liverpool,\u2019 wrote Romano on X<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2018The Spanish club will cover his salary as straight loan deal has been verbally agreed today.<\/p>\n

\u2018Ndukwe, waiting for formal steps with #LFC over loan exit.\u2019<\/p>\n

According to the Athletic, playing in one of Europe\u2019s top leagues \u2013 like LaLiga \u2013 \u2018would help ensure he meets the required points total to get a work permit when he returns to Merseyside\u2019.<\/p>\n

As such, don\u2019t be surprised to see the 6ft 6in defender stick around at Anfield for the 2027\/28 season.<\/p>\n

Naturally, there\u2019ll be no option or obligation to buy in Levante\u2019s loan agreement, with the player very much having a bright future at Anfield.<\/p>\n
