Here\u2019s when to expect the iPhone 18 Pro announcement and release date, plus details on the lineup.<\/p>\n<p>iPhone 18 Pro launch event coming in September, but with a catch<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Apple-developer-resources.jpg\" alt=\"Apple products coming 2025\" class=\"wp-image-952147\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The iPhone is Apple\u2019s most important product. It makes up the vast majority of the company\u2019s earnings. And one way Apple keeps the iPhone business healthy is by launching new flagship models every year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For many years now, those new iPhone models have launched in September\u2014and all signs point to that happening again this year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are the last three iPhone unveiling dates:<\/p>\n<p>2025: Tuesday, September 9<\/p>\n<p>2024: Monday, September 9<\/p>\n<p>2023: Tuesday, September 12<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As you can see, Apple\u2019s schedule with iPhone announcements is very predictable. The company unveils its major new flagships around the second week of September.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One wrinkle this year is that Labor Day is unusually late, set for September 7. Apple probably won\u2019t ask press to travel on a US holiday, which rules out a September 8 date.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That means the event could happen as early as Wednesday, September 9. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">September 9 would be the exact same date as the last two years. It would also follow what Apple did in 2022, when the new iPhone was unveiled two days after Labor Day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If it doesn\u2019t happen September 9, the latest expected event date would be early the following week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In any case, early-to-mid September is when to expect the big iPhone 18 Pro reveal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, one key change expected this year is that the base iPhone 18 model won\u2019t actually release <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5mac.com\/2025\/08\/18\/apples-iphone-18-launch-will-drop-a-surprising-model-per-report\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">until early 2027<\/a>.
