It was Ukraine\u2019s National Flag Day today, with Ukrainians in Dublin celebrating and dressing in traditional dress. Monday marks the country\u2019s Independence Day.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhile the war in Ukraine continues, these days carry an especially important meaning for us,\u201d said\u00a0Olena Uriivna.<\/p>\n

Uriivna dressed in traditional dress today, including a handmade Tryzub headpiece, which she designed and made herself.<\/p>\n
