\"NowPunjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann Chandigarh: A 45-minute documentary on Punjab<\/a> chief minister Bhagwant Singh Mann<\/a>\u2019s life journey, Satauj To Sansad, premiered on Discovery Channel India on Sunday, a spokesperson for the AAP govt said.The documentary traces Mann\u2019s early life in Satauj village in Sangrur district, his career as a comedian and entertainer, and his entry into politics, the spokesperson said. It features his mother Harpal Kaur and sister Manpreet Kaur recalling his childhood and upbringing, he said.According to the spokesperson, Mann speaks about growing up in a farming family, studying in govt schools and working in the fields, including spending nights in the fields waiting for electricity to operate irrigation pumps.The documentary links these experiences to priorities of the Mann govt, including efforts to revive Punjab\u2019s canal irrigation system and reduce dependence on groundwater, the spokesperson said.
