Born in Yokohama in 1954, Kuma founded Kengo Kuma & Associates<\/a> in Tokyo in 1990 and opened its Paris office in 2008.\u00a0<\/p>\n

His projects have explored everything from timber and stone to light, screens, and porous building envelopes, often blurring the boundary between architecture and landscape.\u00a0<\/p>\n
