\n The group encourages men to get exercising, talk and make friends.\n<\/p>\n
\n Jacob, 35, said: “I think if you asked 15+ men to meet up for a chat and open up you\u2019d have no chance, but to revolve it around a walk you\u2019re more likely to get them involved and then let things develop naturally, because men sure can talk as well!\n<\/p>\n

\n “We came up with the idea of a walk from last year when we walked the perimeter of the Isle of Wight for the Rainbow Trust children\u2019s charity. We raised money and had a brilliant time.\n<\/p>\n
\n “As for the mental health side, there\u2019s been people close to me, myself included that have been going through life\u2019s problems alone, not sharing, things have bottled up and it\u2019s caused them all kinds of trouble with depression and dependency on bad habits let\u2019s say.\n<\/p>\n
\n “The more people we speak to, and open up online, it reaches others or relatives of others who seem to be going through similar things in their life that can all be shared and helped.”\n<\/p>\n
