Eric Roberts has scooped himself another award.<\/p>\n

The Downings man has had a whirlwind 2026 to date, winning awards for his hosting work on Ireland AM<\/a>, and making his way to the final<\/a> of RT\u00c9’s\u00a0Dancing With The Stars.<\/p>\n

Fresh from his recent search for Joanne<\/a>, Eric was crowned as Stellar’s InstaStar of the Year last night at the glamourous five-star Anantara The Marker Hotel in Dublin.<\/p>\n

Eric beat out his fellow Ireland AM co-host Katja Mia, as well as a host of other influencers to claim the crown.<\/p>\n

Accepting the award, the former Special Needs Assistant spoke about how lucky he and his fellow influencers are.<\/p>\n

He also said he hoped that his upcoming Virgin Media documentary, Crisis in the Classroom,<\/a> will have the impact he hopes it can later this month.<\/p>\n

“We’re lucky in this room to get some of the opportunities we get,” Eric said accepting the award.<\/p>\n

“Something that really stood out for me this year (was that) I got to do a documentary with Virgin Media about SNAs.”<\/p>\n

“It’s airing later this September and (after) travelling the length and breadth of the country, seeing the situations our most vulnerable kids are in, and their families and the SNAs, it really puts into perspective how lucky we all are. We have the best job in the world.”<\/p>\n
