Prize for 1 winner plus 1 guest includes 5 nights’ accommodation Fitzpatrick Hotels, New York (Grand Central hotel, based on double room sharing x 2 people, room type as specified by the Promoter, Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative accommodation in a hotel of equal star rating for any reason whatsoever, a valid credit card will be needed upon arrival for check in, local taxes\/charges per night may apply), x2 return business class flights from Dublin to New York (Aer Lingus flights online, route\/baggage allowance as specified by the Promoter, no cash or alternative available, additional taxes may apply), no cash or alternative is available in lieu of any prize element and USD1,000 spending money too.<\/p>\n

$USD1,000 spending money is issued to the winner by euro cheque made payable to the winner, allowing 28 working days for delivery and exchange rate set during processing.<\/p>\n

Transfers to and from the hotel\/airport are not included.<\/p>\n

The prize cannot be split, is valid for one travel period only, any prize elements not availed of within the agreed travel dates will be deemed to have been forfeited.<\/p>\n

Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, additional meals, room service, transfers to\/from\/hotel\/upgrades to prize pacakage etc.) will be at the winner’s own expense.<\/p>\n

Any requested and permitted upgrades or changes to the stated prize will be at the winner’s own expense.<\/p>\n

Failure to attend for any reason whatsoever on the travel dates advised and booked does not entitle the winner to an alternative prize and the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited.<\/p>\n

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value (as determined by the Promoter) if a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.<\/p>\n
