(KOTA) &#8211; The Fall River County Sheriff\u2019s Office says dispatch received a call last week about a mountain lion entering someone\u2019s home.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The incident happened Tuesday night in the Cottonwood Springs Dam area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The sheriff\u2019s office is sharing tips to help keep wildlife from entering homes. It says residents should keep windows, doors and pet doors closed each night.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The sheriff\u2019s office also recommends securing trash cans with tight-fitting lids, covering window wells, installing outdoor lighting, sealing crawl spaces, screening vents and keeping fireplace dampers shut.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">There is no word on what happened with the mountain lion or if it is still nearby.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">See a spelling or grammatical error in our story?
