Charo has given her social media followers an insight into her fitness routine. The 75-year-old actress and flamenco queen is very active on social media and showcased her “favorite exercise” in her latest TikTok video, wearing a red top and matching tiny red shorts.<\/p>\n

In the video, the Spanish icon called the exercise a crab walk and showed off her enviable legs as she demonstrated the move. Unsurprisingly, her fans were impressed by her energy and flexibility. One follower commented: “Looking fabulous, queen.”<\/p>\n

Another added, “Always moving and staying young and strong.” A third wrote: “You are still so adorable!!!”<\/p>\n

‘I want to be alive’<\/p>\n

Charo, whose real name is Mar\u00eda del Rosario Pilar Mart\u00ednez Molina Baeza\u00a0– has always been open about her diet and fitness routine and credits exercise for helping her stay in such great shape.<\/p>\n

The Fantasy Island star told Fox News Digital, “I want to be alert. I want to be alive. I drink water, good wine. I don’t do drugs, and I do some exercise and I try to think positive.”<\/p>\n

She added, “But yeah, take care of yourself and exercise, exercise. Cut the gluten and the fried foods, exercise, no more sugar and apple pie… If we fight against time and if we do it in the right way, and God helps us, you feel healthier all the time.”<\/p>\n

Charo’s TikTok account is proof of her dedication to fitness, with many of her clips focused on exercise, particularly dancing.<\/p>\n

In another video, the star is seen dancing to the ’90s hit Macarena.<\/p>\n

The Cuchi, Cuchi!\u00a0singer also believes that not smoking cigarettes and enjoying the outdoors help her maintain such youthful skin. “I have all of this on my side. But yes, vegetables, exercise. If you have to go (out) into the sun, I love Hawaii and the sunshine, then put (on) protection, but enjoy. Enjoy jumping into the water and swimming and have fun because nature is priceless.”<\/p>\n
