Next week on Emmerdale, Joe’s shocking revenge plan<\/a> is revealed on the day of Dawn’s funeral<\/a>.<\/p>\n

1. Joe struggles at Dawn’s funeral\"joe<\/p>\n

The day of Dawn’s funeral arrives, but the emotional service is all too much for Joe and he struggles to give a eulogy. Kim is forced to step in and pay tribute in his place.<\/p>\n

Kim vows that she’ll keep the Tates together in Dawn’s memory, but Joe seems to have other ideas as he walks away \u2013 unable to face watching the burial. Joe’s disappearing act sparks tension between Kim and Graham, who bicker about the future of the family.<\/p>\n

2. Ruby’s life hangs in the balance\"ruby<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Joe later visits a grave and vows vengeance for Dawn’s death. However, this isn’t Dawn’s final resting place \u2013 he has buried Ruby alive in a coffin!<\/p>\n

Unable to resist causing further torment, Joe drops hints to Caleb about what he’s done to Ruby.<\/p>\n

3. Time could run out for Ruby\"ruby<\/p>\n

Ruby wakes up in the coffin and panics when she’s unable to escape.<\/p>\n

As Ruby becomes weaker, she starts to run out of air and it’s clear that she may not have much time left\u2026<\/p>\n

4. Joe’s confession shocks Caleb\"joe<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Caleb arms himself to get the truth out of Joe following his malicious hints.<\/p>\n

In the end, Joe comes clean about burying Ruby alive in a coffin. Caleb begs for his wife to be released, but Joe is unmoved as he reminds his enemy of the role he played in Dawn’s death.<\/p>\n

5. Vinny confesses to Nicola\"nicola<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Vinny continues to confide in Kev, insisting that it’s time to do the right thing. Kev assumes this means Vinny reconciling with Lewis and going ahead with the wedding<\/a>, but Vinny has other ideas.<\/p>\n

Finally ready to face the music, Vinny visits the caf\u00e9 and tells Nicola that he caused the car accident that killed Jimmy.<\/p>\n

6. Nicola spreads the word further\"nicola<\/p>\n

At the pub, Gabby says a few words about Dawn but stumbles over her speech, still feeling guilty about her own role in the crash.<\/p>\n

Nicola eventually interrupts and announces to everyone that Vinny was responsible for the fatal accident, as he was distracted while on the phone to Gabby.<\/p>\n

7. Joe is next to hear the truth\"joe<\/p>\n

Vinny also pays a visit to Home Farm to tell Joe the truth about Dawn’s death.<\/p>\n

Joe slips into a menacing silence, leaving everyone who’s watching worried about Vinny’s safety.<\/p>\n

8. Carl finds secret voice messages\"elliot<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Hurt by Vinny’s revelations, Nicola tries to concentrate on the funeral with support from her kids.<\/p>\n

Carl decides to make a video for the service, but stumbles across some secret voice messages on Jimmy’s laptop. Nicola snatches the device as she wants to hear them \u2013 will they shed new light on Jimmy and Sadie’s connection?<\/p>\n

9. Moira gets jealous over Sadie\"emmerdale<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Moira isn’t impressed when she finds out that Cain didn’t tell Sadie about his cancer diagnosis during their recent heart-to-heart. She suspects that Cain didn’t mention it because he was enjoying the attention from his old flame.<\/p>\n

Cain sets the record straight, explaining that he kept quiet because Sadie was opening up to him about miscarrying their child<\/a>. When Sadie interrupts the conversation, Cain tries to make amends with Moira by making it clear that his loyalties lie with his wife.<\/p>\n

10. Ross reassures Sarah and Jacob\"jacob<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Ross speaks to Sarah and Jacob, who are still suspicious about his intentions where baby Leyla is concerned.<\/p>\n

Ross once again confirms that he has no intention of seeking custody of his biological daughter.<\/p>\n

11. Kev deals with the fallout\"nicola<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Kev tries to support Lewis, who stresses about his future with Vinny now that the truth is out.<\/p>\n

He also fears the consequences from Nicola if she ever finds out that he knew Vinny’s secret\u2026<\/p>\n
