Key challenges in PROTAC design for targeting nuclear chromatin complexes \u2013 including target selectivity, cellular permeability, tissue-specific degradation, and the \u201chook effect\u201d \u2013 will be emphasized alongside innovative solutions that propel the field forward.<\/p>\n<p>We are delighted to be working alongside Guest Advisers\u00a0Dr. Vassiliki Saloura\u00a0and\u00a0Dr. William J. Moore\u00a0from the Center for Cancer Research, National Cancer Institute, to bring you this Article Collection.<\/p>\n<p>The benefit of publishing as part of an Article Collection is that they often become a key resource, driving a research community forward.
